It’s been a bit quiet here in the on line book club for the last few months. Having finally struggled through January it’s time to announce our first on line Book Club choice of 2019 and we’ve decided to start the year with Elenanor Oliphant is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman. It was the winner of the Costa Debut Novel of the year award on it’s release when originally published in 2017.  The film rights have been optioned by Reece Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine production company. So read it now before the film ruins it for you. We’ll post our review later in the month and we’ll be joined again by Ellie from Wolf Alice. The book was Ellie’s first choice for the on line book club and if the millions of copies it has sold to date are any indication, it’ll be well worth reading.
